No references to Milorganite as a deer deterrent. As of this time we are not registered as a pesticide,
but have started the process. We will notify our distributors of the results.
In the past, regulators allowed Milorganite to be called a “Natural Organic Fertilizer.” However,
current regulations do not allow this because the iron in Milorganite is not naturally or organically
based. Therefore, the term “Organic Nitrogen Fertilizer” more accurately describes our product. This
is due to state regulators enforcing accuracy on the labeling process.
